Department of Chemistry

In our college The Department of Chemistry was established in the year 2001 as one of the subjects at the degree level with the combination of Physics, Botany, Zoology and Mathematics. The department has smart classrooms and procured high-end instruments . The department of chemistry organized workshops, and national and international conferences on thrust areas of chemical sciences.

Chemistry is a branch of natural science that deals principally with the properties of substances, the changes they undergo, and the natural laws that describe these changes.

Vision :

The department aims to achieve global standards of quality in maintaining academic excellence by being proactive and open to new opportunities and challenges in frontiers of chemistry. The endeavor of the department is to produce brilliant young chemists who by their scientific knowledge skills and social commitment would act as catalysts to bring about positive changes for the benefit of humanity.
